At Inglewood House & Spa in Alloa, every wedding is shaped around the couple at its heart. Our historic Jacobean mansion, beautiful grounds and flexible celebration spaces provide a characterful setting for weddings in Central Scotland - from intimate elopements to larger celebrations filled with family and friends.
A venue filled with character
A wedding at Inglewood House feels special from the moment you arrive. The house provides an impressive backdrop, while its warm interiors create an inviting atmosphere for ceremonies, wedding breakfasts and evening celebrations.
Outside, the grounds offer plenty of opportunities for photographs and quieter moments together. Each season gives the setting a different character, from fresh spring colour and long summer evenings to autumn foliage and the warmth of a winter celebration.
Spaces for each part of your day
You might picture an intimate ceremony followed by dinner with close family, or a full day moving from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast and evening celebration.
Inglewood House offers a choice of spaces that can be dressed to suit your plans. Our team will talk through your guest numbers, preferred style and the atmosphere you hope to create, then help you understand how the different rooms could work for your day.
The bridal dressing room is available from 8am, giving the wedding party a dedicated place to prepare and enjoy the excitement of the morning. Earlier access may also be available by arrangement.
Winter weddings with a little extra magic
There is something especially romantic about a winter wedding. Candlelight, warm interiors and seasonal styling create an atmosphere that feels naturally intimate, even when the room is filled with guests.
Our Winter Wedding Packages are designed to bring the main elements of the day together and make planning more straightforward. They are ideal for couples who love the idea of a cosy celebration and want to make the most of Inglewood House during one of its most atmospheric seasons.
An intimate way to say “I do”
For some couples, the perfect wedding is quiet, personal and beautifully simple. Our Elopement Package offers an intimate alternative to a traditional large wedding, allowing you to focus on each other and the meaning of the day.
The package includes a two-night stay in a Junior Suite, Scottish breakfast, a prosecco toast and a three-course meal on the wedding evening. Additional guests can also be included, allowing you to share the occasion with a small number of the people closest to you.
Planning for 2027
If you are newly engaged or beginning to think about a 2027 wedding, now is a good time to start exploring venues. Visiting in person will help you understand how the spaces feel, where each part of the day might take place and whether you can picture your guests celebrating there.
A preferred season and estimated guest numbers are enough to begin a conversation about dates, packages and how your day could work.
Visit our Wedding Open Day
Our Wedding Open Day takes place on Sunday 27 September 2026 from 12 noon - 4pm. The house will be dressed for a wedding, giving you the chance to explore our ceremony and reception spaces, wander through the grounds and meet the team who can help bring your ideas together.
If you are unable to attend, personal show-rounds can be arranged at another suitable time. We will also be welcoming couples to our Wedding Fayre on Sunday 1 November 2026 from 12 noon - 3pm, with further details available from the wedding team.
