- Points are applied automatically to your Phorest account.
- Points cannot be transferred between clients.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Redemption is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Points can only be redeemed against selected treatments chosen by the spa.
- Referral points are awarded only after your friend has completed and paid for their first appointment.
- Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty scheme or rewards at any time without notice.
- Standard spa booking and cancellation policies apply when redeeming rewards.
