1. The Beginning – Opening Our Doors (2015)
In 2015, Inglewood House transformed from a business centre into the family-owned hotel & spa you know today. From the start, our vision was to blend heritage charm with modern luxury.
2. Our First Wedding
The first couple to say 'I Do' at Inglewood set the tone for what would become our most cherished tradition – hosting love stories in a setting as timeless as the vows themselves.
3. The Spa Opens
Our spa quickly became our sanctuary in 2016. From relaxing treatments to immersive spa experiences, it’s where so many guests have pressed pause, recharged, and indulged.
4. Arrival of our Woodland Glamping Pods
Introducing our first woodland glamping pods doubled our accommodation offering at the time and allowed us to welcome new guests and larger gatherings.
5. Awards & Recognition
From hospitality awards to wedding industry accolades, each one has been a proud moment for our team, recognising the passion and care behind everything we do.
6. Dining Through the Decade
Dining at Inglewood has always been more than a meal – it’s an experience. From afternoon teas and gourmet nights, to celebratory dinners, our restaurant has played a part in countless memories. This month, we invite you to celebrate those flavours again and choose your favourite dish from the last 10 years to bring back for our brand new Autumn restaurant menu.
7. Community Partnerships
From our close relationship with Lornshill Academy and their Hospitality Academy to supporting charities like Scottish Autism, our community has always been central to who we are.
8. Construction of our Lodges
Introducing luxury lodges with private hot tubs opened a new chapter – offering group celebrations (or ‘celebreaktions’ as we like to call them) right in the heart of Scotland.
9. Spa Extension & New Facilities
One of our most difficult decisions was the investment in the expansion of our spa during the period it was closed due to covid restrictions. The development included a tranquil relaxation room, a welcoming spa café, and an additional treatment room to meet growing demand. Together, these additions have transformed our spa into a complete sanctuary – the perfect place to pause, restore, and recharge.
10. Looking Ahead – The Next 10 Years
With a lot of exciting plans on the horizon which we will be announcing very soon, our story is only just beginning.
